The Affidavit with Exhibits attached provides supporting Expert Evidence which can not be ignored by the court.
This case and its argument can be used as a blueprint for litigation against any Government in any country of the World who participated in the criminal Covid Fraud atrocities.

As an Australian living abroad who followed the Covid-fascism at home I watched your journey as we all descended into the depths of totalitarianism, and I was in absolute awe of your courage, your integrity, and your sheer grit to fight back against the Nazis that have infested our wonderful nation, and are attacking our citizens left right and center.
I remember watching the video of you being arrested, and wanting to scream in rage at the injustice of it.
And as so many did, I also fretted about how you were coping in jail, and I my admiration for you grew in leaps and bounds as you refused to give an inch to the fascists in charge, and gritted it out, and came out stronger for having been through this torment.
Tough times don't last, but tough people do.
And you, Monica Smit, are an extremely tough Australian, and make all of us proud!
Thank you for being a symbol of the best of Australia.

sorry to say, if that is the actual sworn affidavit, it is very very poorly prepared. It looks extremely unprofessional.
The whole case is written to be understood by just about anyone, including judges and juries.
It is kept very simple only focusing on the key points.
It is also kept extremely short for similar reasons :)
Well, for starters it's redacted, ie. no signatures, names, etc. If you feel we can improve it, please give us a few pointers. Much appreciated. :)
